Ensuring you don’t feel awkward nor posed means your wedding is about you and the connection you share. It also means we get those beautiful, natural and unguarded shots that truly capture how you are feeling on your wedding day. Actually, this is the trick behind EVERY one of our images.

We want you to be present and completely wrapped up in the moment so that your photos revolve around your day, not your day around your photos.

Our reviews on google will give a great sense of how others have felt about the experience and you'll see the same consistent message about how it feels like having a friend with a camera coming along. Stress-free, relaxed but with a crisp high-five whenever you need. 

But Sharon and I do more than take photographs!  We’re happy to be dog whisperers, help with last minute planning, music, table arrangements and whatever else needs doing to make a wedding day super special.  

We love the intimacy, connection and fun of wedding photos, but we really enjoy the 'periphery'. The ‘periphery' that not everyone sees or feels as a guest. We like to be super relaxed and easy going on the outside but inside we’re racing around to find the ‘periphery'!

This could be a fidgety partner soaking up the anticipation and nervousness of the moment while waiting for their loved one to arrive.

The new families hugging after the ceremony, proud as punch. Proud grandparents get me every time, when they cry I choke up. Every time it happens, it’s one of the treasured moments for me! We’re so looking forward to our children’s children getting married one day.

One of the other treasured moments for us is when the witnesses are signing the certificate and the newly married couple are sharing a moment, think a beautiful smile and a cheeky kiss when no-one is watching.  These are all the ‘periphery'. It’s real and it’s awesome!

These are the things that make weddings like nothing else we photograph. It’s an awesome and beautiful experience that we’re fortunate to be a part of and a bonus that we get to call it ‘work’.
